Make up artist Natalya says: "With Rhythmix the direction is young and fresh. So I try to choose individual directions for them but still keep something like lips or lashes in line with each other. A neon lip or a flash of colour on lashes. Girls shouldn't be scared of colour and the Rhythmix girls demonstrate this. It shows personality and gives the girls an edge. I use a mix of Boots and Superdrug and then high end brands on the girls such as Nars, Mac and alot of Urban decay. If I can't find the colour in the shop I make it myself."

Make up artist Natalya says: "I have alot in store for Tulisa's girls right down to hand making some of the eyelashes. I make up lipstick colours for them too by melting and mixing lipsticks down into a pot and creating tailor made colours for them. "

"My favourite products for the girls are: Strobe Cream by Mac, Glitter eyeliner by Urban Decay, Stila concealors and Eylure false eyelashes. My top five top tips to get the Rhythmix look are: Coloured lids - bright neons, big eyelashes, bright pink on lips, Nail Rock nail stickers and a clean fresh face with slight gold shimmer to enhance complexion."

"Perrie suits bright blues and pinks because of her beautiful blonde hair whereas Jade has darker tones so bright green or purple suit her. Then Jesy has these beautiful massive eyes so they can hold anything so I like to play those up and finally Leigh-Anne, what amazing skin! She can hold any colour and she has great shaped lips too!"

Jamie says: "Jesy was a little harder to talk out of her long hair extensions. It's all about making her feel confident and she's gradually getting braver. She's not as bold as Leigh-Anne who we've gone extreme with, shaved the side of her haid, given her a mohawk, then just last weekend we worked the tram lines in. With Jesy we've started to give her scalp braids and worked some neon colours into those too. I've built her confidence and she trusts me more now so exciting things to come!"

Stylist Laury says: "It's all about mixing prints and denim with a little vintage twist here and there. Buttoned up collars and hi-top trainers give the girl's an urban street edge with a preppy twist and that's the look we're going for."

Laury continues: "We're avoiding the curse of The X Factor girl band at all costs. These girls aren't out to steal your boyfriend, they're keeping it real and expressing a real London street style. Favourite brands are Motel at Topshop, River Island, Nike at Footlocker, Beyond Retro and American Apparel."
