There's not much that would inspire me to don a pair of Bloch ballet shoes and black leotard, but, inspired by the amazing Black Swan (if you haven't been to see it yet - GO NOW!), last Saturday I booked myself in for a themed ballet class at Shoreditch dance studio, Frame.
OK, so my plies were a bit sub-par and hauling my leg up on the barre was a bit harder than I'd imagined, but I left aching in places I never knew existed, so it's clearly an incredible workout - AND I got to indulge my inner Natalie Portman!
