There's summer nail art and then there's British summer nail art... After a weekend of wellies and brollies, and no drastic weather improvement on the way, we've decided to embrace our British summer with an homage to cloudy, rainy skies. Maybe if we can see clouds as cute nail art inspo, they won't be quite so annoying...

Start with a gloomy grey base polish

Add a slick of glitter for the rain - silver works fine, or one with blue particles in like ours.

Using a white nail art pen, draw the clouds by dotting blobs onto the nail next to eachother, as opposed to drawing the outline freehand and filling in. You could use the end of a white nail polish if you don't have a nail art pen.

Create a wet look rainy finish with a good top coat! We heart Seche Vite.
