Dermalogica,Philosophy,Boots the Chemist,Elemis,Molton Brown,Yes To Carrots molton brown scrub

This body polish promises ‘a new lease of life for dull and listless skin.\' Well, after hiding in skinny jeans for an entire winter my skin did indeed look like it needed a boost and this body polish did just that. A combination of finely ground olive stones to exfoliate the skin and gorgeous Ambrusca grape-leaf to cleanse; my skin definitely felt smoother after a good rub down with this. Plus, it comes in a very handy squeezy tube, perfect for taking in the shower. 5/5

Abahna Frankincense and Sweet Orange Salt Scrub, £24

abahna,body scrub abahna scrub

This body scrub was absolutely heavenly. Made with Himalayan salts, which contain over 90 minerals - the harsh salts exfoliate your skin whilst the oils smooth it, which leads to a ceremonious bathing experience. The smell of Frankincense and Sweet Orange wouldn\'t be out of place in a luxury spa, and left me feeling relaxed and peaceful. 5/5

Yes to Carrots C The Body Carrot Rich Moisturising Body Scrub, £6.99

body scrub,Yes To Carrots yes to carrots

I had high hopes for this body scrub because one of the main ingredients is Dead Sea Mud. It didn\'t disappoint - the scrub has a cream like consistency so its breeze to apply and massage in. The number of exfoliating grains is just right too, plus, I wasn\'t left with a residue on my skin which I\'ve suffered with other scrubs. You needn\'t worry about smelling like a vegetable either - the fragrance is subtle and much sweeter than carrots. My skin felt lovely and soft after just two scrubbing sessions and even my tough granny elbows are looking better. I\'m confident my arms and legs will be silky smooth and glowing this summer. 5/5

Neom Intense Mineral Destress Therapy Organic Body Polish, £25

neom,body scrub neom scrub

This incredibly luxurious dry scrub is packed full of sugars, apricot, grapeseed, vitamin E and Rosehip and smelt amazing, just like a luxurious spa. Unlike most scrubs soaked in oil of a shower gel this scrub was dry and came with a small scoop, very handy for preventing grains getting under your nails. After a couple of uses my skin was literally transformed and left glowing as if I had just had a treatment at a salon. 5/5

Philosophy coconut frosting, £24

philosophy, coconut frosting, body scrub philosophy coconut frosting

The fragrance alone of Philosophy\'s stellar scrub is enough to make you fall in love with the product - a heady coconut scent that puts you in the mood for sunny days and holidays with none of those cheap, overly-sweet tones that some coconut-based products give off. Plus, this really does do a brilliant job of buffing you to silky-smoothness - there are quite sizeable salt grains in this one so apply and rub lightly in circular motions towards your heart before stepping into the shower.

Radox Shower Smoothies Energy Therapy, £2.53

radox, body scrub, shower smoothies radox body scrub

I loved the smell of this, it was really fresh and energising, although it may be too herby for some people. It wasn\'t a scrub so much as a regular exfoliating body wash and only had tiny grainy \'bits\' in it, so if you are looking for a heavy-duty scrub, this wouldn\'t be right. It was lovely as an everyday body wash though... good creamy consistency that didn\'t leave my skin dried out and fantastic fragrance! 4/5

Dermalogica Exfoliating body scrub, £21.55

Dermalogica,body scrub, dermalogica body scrub

I loved the refreshing spa-like fragrance of this scrub which did a great job on my dull, dry skin. I smoothed it on whilst my skin was still dry and then showered it off as instructed. Afterwards, all the little lumps and bumps and flaky skin had vanished and my skin was left looking smooth and healthy. 5/5

Elemis Exotic Lime and Ginger Salt Glow, £35

elemis, body scrub, salt glow elemis scrub

I\'ve had this body scrub rubbed all over me by the professionals at various Elemis spas so was keen to see if it worked as well when applied by my own fair hands. Although it wasn\'t quite as luxurious as having some one else scrub me, I did enjoy the lovely fresh scent of this scrub and it left my skin feeling sensationally soft and sweet smelling. Watch out if you have any little cuts though - as it\'s super stingy. 4/5

Smart Spa Pomegranate and Lime Sugar Scrub, £11.90

qtica, smart spa, body srub smart spa scrub

This scrub smelt incredibly refreshing and left my skin smelling really fresh. Previously I\'ve found that some scrubs can be too rough and scratchy fro my sensitive skin, but this felt great and exfoliated my skin without damaging it. 4/5
