I had the MOST amazing experince last week Instead of my usual rushed salad at my desk or quick dash round the M&S food hall I found myself cocooned in a dimly lit, peaceful room waiting for an hour of blissful relaxation at the Elemis day spa in Mayfair. My therapist was amazing and made me feel completely confident and chilled.
The treatment begins with an all over body brush and then warm oil was smoothed and massaged over my entire body. I literally felt like I was floating. Afterwards I really did have an amazing sense of well being and my usually stiff, tense neck and shoulders felt loose and relaxed.
The real benefits for me however were really felt the next day, I woke up full of energy and feeling very rested. I could definitely do this once a week.
