Budget bath and bodycare brand, Nspa have launched a new range of uber-fruity products which smell absolutely delish! Our fave is the Fresh Sweet Raspberry shower and bath gel - heaven in a bottle.

Lady Gaga's debut fragrance FAME hits stores today. It has an innovative formula as the liquid itself is black, but becomes transparent when the spray touches your skin! The scent itself is deep and sensual with notes of poisonous flower Belladonna, Honey and Tiger Orchid (we're glad Gaga shelved her original idea of creating Eau de Blood and Semen...) We expected Gaga's fragrance to be an acquired taste, but this is genuinely gorgeous. Bonus points for that bottle too, which ticks the AW/12 gorthic trend box!

We are particularly loving the clever brow prncil and gel duo -  on one end is an angled pencil for precise filling and defining, and on the other is a soft-hold gel and brush to groom brows to perfection. Paul & Joe are one of our fave make up brands because not only are their products great quality, but their packaging is pretty much the loveliest thing of all time! The Parisian brand have teamed up with ASOS on a range of exclusive releases, including this gorgeous duo-tone blusher. The printed packaging is adorable as ever and we just love the embossed birds! This comes in 3 shades, including a darker pink and coral shade. Magnifique!

Dior have just launched their safari-inspired Golden Jungle make up collection, with on-trend khaki shades in abundance. We are totally in love with this palette, which is a cross between leopard print and camo print (both of which we love!) and features a combination of gold and khaki green eyeshadows and a shimmering pink lipgloss in one handy compact. But with a pricetag of £52, this one is definitely a payday treat!

We love how quick eyebrow waxing is compared to plucking, but have always been a bit scared to try it at home in case we slip and go from monobrow to minibrow! Nads have released a facial waxing wand to make eyebrow shaping a doddle for anyone. Simply apply a small amount of wax to unwanted brow hairs using the precision wand, then remove with the fabric strips provided. It's the fastest (and cheapest) solution we've found for perfect eyebrows!

Ruby, our fashion assistant has been our beauty guinea pig recently, trialling this skin supplement, Super Collagen + C by Neocell. It contains Hydrolyzed Collagen, which helps to correct weak, broken, split, ridged and damaged nail beds. These tablets also thicken fine hair, add body and promote a clearer complexion and wrinkle reduction! But does it work? Ruby has found that they do! Boots have just relaunched their Botanics range, with a little help from Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, who have assisted Boots in finding the most powerful and effective plant extracts to benefit our skin.

We tried their hot cloth cleansing balm at the weekend and absolutely loved it! It's a bright green and lovely smelling balm that you massage onto skin before pressing a hot cloth (provided) on to skin to draw impurities out of the skin. Our skin felt deeply cleansed and ridiculously soft after using this, and it looks like this pot will last ages too! Bonus!

We have an important announcement... We have discovered THE BEST liquid eyeliner of all time! MAC Super Slick is super easy to apply as it's wet but doesn't drag at all, creating a smooth line without the need for any cotton bud touch-ups! It dries fast and stays super black all day without smudging or budging! We are quite simply in love!

E45 have recently released Silky Radiance - a softening moisturiser with shimmery particles in to give skin that healthy glow. Shimmer moisturisers are a great way of creating the illusion of slimmer features too - when applied along the shins, they slim the leg and when applied to collarbones and shoulders, they help to define the bone structure. Exfoliating your face is really important for getting rid of dead skin cells and making a smooth base for your make up, but sometimes scrubs can be too coarse and end up irritating the skin. St Ives' range of face scrubs is arguably one of the best out there (our Web Ed says it would be one of her desert island must-haves!) and they have now released a sensitive version so everyone can get in on the scrubbing action! It contains skin soothing botanicals, micro beads and jojoba oil to remove skin impurities gently and leave skin bright and healthy!

Our hands do take a battering from day to day, whether it's carrying heavy bags of clothes for shoots or trying out the latest nail art (tough job, but someone's gotta do it!) So sometimes it's nice to give hands a bit of therapy. This scrub by Rituals is formulated to exfoliate and moisturise hands, using nourishing oils and natural ingredients. You apply the scrub to dry hands, rub together (beware if you're ticklish - this could feel quite intense!) and then rinse off. Hands feel so much softer and moisturised afterwards, not to mention smelling delish. A great treat for hardworking hands that suffer from dryness!

We went to the launch of Famous Cosmetics' new make up range on Wednesday and their Shining Star Shimmer Brick caught our eye! It's a mirrored compact with strips of luminescent powder in pearl to bronze tones. You can use the light part to highlight the cheekbones, the dark part for a touch of bronze or mix all together for a healthy glow. We love that it's perfectly shimmery without having any big bits of glitter in like some of the more affordable shimmer powders on the market. High end quality for a budget price - we're good to glow!

This new cream from Nip & Fab targets problem upper arms and has just launched on Boots.com after attracting a hefty waiting list! It promises to tone and firm the upper arms and improve the skin texture witha  little help from the blue lotus flower and cactus extract it contains. Our web girl Gem has been testing this out on just one arm to see whether it works or not, and after just a couple of days the skin is definitely smoother and more evenly toned than the skin on the untreated arm! Time to even up!

This is the latest mascara offering from No7 that promises to give us perfectly separated and voluminous lashes. It's the current office sensation, as it has a unique 'star' brush with differently lengthed combs, which separate lashes perfectly for clump-free fanned out lashes! We love how thin the brush is because it minimises accidentally getting it all over your eyelid as can happen with fatter brushes. We've even applied this on the train with no accidents!

Yesterday, Decléor launched a brand new eye make up remover with a twist. This bi-phase beauty not only combines when shaken to blitz all eye make up, no matter how heavy, but also contains ingredients to nourish eyelashes and protect the eye area! The skin around the eyes is SO delicate and is the first place that signs of ageing begin to show in your twenties if you pull the skin around too much when removing make up. Luckily, this product contains vitamins A, B, D and E, which have a variety of anti-oxidant and moisturising properties, so what was once the most damaging part of our beauty routine has now become a pampering sesh for our peepers!

One of the key beauty looks we're spotting in Ibiza right now is bright lippie. Everyone wears their sunnies all the time here, so a bold lip is one of the only make up statements you can make! The best bright lipstick we have found recently is MAC's Dear Diary - a Pro Longwear Lipcreme designed by Beth Ditto. It's a gorgeous fluorescent pink shade with a slightly matte finish. It doesn't feather and has a moisturising feel to it. It really transforms your look and works amazingly on both pale and tanned skin tones for a colour pop! We're hooked!

It's easy to be sceptical about celeb fragrances, but Rihanna's latest perfume release 'Rebelle' has pleasantly surprised us! When we first tried it, it stayed on all day and all night - something a lot of our high end perfumes fail to do!

This musky chypre fragrance has notes of fruit, ginger and vanilla with a base of patchouli and amber, giving it a sensuous scent and serious staying power! Definitely one to wear if you want the 'walk-by' effect we all crave at Company (where everyone you walk past can smell your fragrance!) - no point splashing out on a scent if nobody can smell it!

One of the trickiest beauty buys out there is finding an eye make up remover that actually works. The eye area is seriously delicate, so it's important to find a product that does the hard work for you to prevent you rubbing at the skin too much. Clinique Take The Day Off is a two-way formula that you shake up to activate, and it just melts make up away! It can be used on lids, lashes and lips, and is one of the only products we've found that removes every trace of our mascara (and we do like to layer it up!) It's a make up bag must-have!

It's not often we can say we're excited about soap, but these cool tinned soaps from The Scottish Fine Soap Company have pleasantly surprised us! The tins are available in different designs from pop art to vintage floral and the soaps and scrubs are fab quality too - they are triple-milled and made from ethically sourced skin-loving ingredients. The tins are multipurpose, too - we think they would make super storage additions to our dressing table for hair grips and such! Not bad for under a fiver!

Flawless skin is probably the quest of every girl out there, including us! This set from bareMinerals is the answer to our prayers. The foundation powder is SPF 15 and creates a luminous finish that won't clump or cake. Because it is made with minerals, it doesn't irritate the skin - bareMinerals even say it's so pure you can sleep in it! The mineral veil is a finishing powder that perfects skin and gives it a luminous soft focus look! This set, exclusive to QVC, comes with a pouch, mirror and high quality powder brush too so it's ready to bung in your handbag and use on the go!

They are an amazing piece of beauty engineering, with patented hinges designed to deliver just the right amount of pressure, and specially shaped silicone pads to get the perfectly angled curl! For fail-safe curled eyelashes, these babies are a must-have investment for your make up bag!

If you're in need of a bit of bath-time luxury, this pampering bath soak by Mandara Spa is the remedy. It has a gorgeous grapefruit and lemon scent to revitalise you you, whilst aloe vera moisturises your skin as you soak. The packaging oozes decadence too, with its turquoise glass jar and gold lid. We're loving it for a rainy day pick-me-up!

This gradual tanner is perfect for giving us the summery glow that we clearly won't be getting naturally at the moment seeing as we're welly shopping when we should be buying bikinis! It's made by Simple, who are known for their kind-to-skin products. As a result, this cream nourishes the skin with Vitamin's B5 and E without irritation as there's no perfume, colour or harsh chemicals in. An added bonus is that it doesn't have that tell-tale tanning smell! Tantastic!

MeMeMe have just launched this fab multi-tasking 'Boho Balm' - a pretty tin containing two creamy shades that can be used on lips and cheeks! The formula is really pigmented and feels moisturising too (nothing worse than the 'midday crust'!) There are two different shades on offer, Pink Rouge (pictured) and Coral Taupe. We noticed that superstar beauty blogger Gem's Maquillage uses hers as a base for her cream blushers to help them last longer too - clever!

Guerlain have just launched a collaboration with Emilio Pucci, featuring nail polishes, eyeshadows lip glosses in pink and blue shades (yes, blue lip gloss!) The stand out product of the collection is this beautiful pot of Meteorites Pearls - iridescent balls of pink, bronze, blue and white which, when swirled together, illuminate and correct skin tone and leave a gorgeous healthy glow. It's just as well we've just been paid, as it isn't exactly cheap, but the way we see it, the pearls will last ages and that gorge packaging doubles up as a mini piece of art! A wise investment, we say!

We've tried lip tattoos (without much success, if we're being honest!) but these lip foils are much easier to apply and are set to be the hot new lip trend for summer! You simply apply the special glue all over the lips, press the metallic transfer sheet onto your lips until they're completely covered and then peel the backing off to reveal a perfectly metallic pout!

If there's one thing that makes early mornings a bit more bearable, it's getting the chance to pamper ourselves in the shower! We picked up this Radox Spa Radiant Shower Scrub on offer in Asda recently and its heavenly fruity aroma and gentle scrubbing particles are the perfect wake up call. The oils in the formula leave our skin super silky and not raw like some harsher scrubs on the market. Even if it takes us a coffee or two to look our radiant selves some mornings, at least our skin can get a head start!

We adore Soap & Glory's fun foray into the beauty world, and this little lip balm pot is our current handbag staple from their range. Their balms come in three flavours, including tinted options.

Our pick is the Coconut flavoured one, which smells like holiday and tastes like a cocktail. It contains moisturising mango butter, apricot butter for weather protection and lingonberry oil to boost the barrier repair and prevent water loss. And, as with all Soap & Glory products, that cute retro packaging design is the icing on the cake!

Our fair-skinned Web Assistant Gem got into a spot of bother in the recent sunshine here in London by getting sunburnt despite dosing up on sun cream. The only part of her bod that was spared the lobster makeover was her face, which she'd put No7's BB Cream on earlier that day. Besides providing a long-lasting medium foundation coverage, this multi-tasking BB Cream has 5-star UVA and UVB protection and SPF15, quite literally sparing Gem a red face at work this week! Definitely a product to stock up on for the summer!

Viva La Juicy is one of those scents that just screams SUMMER, with its notes of mandarin, jasmine and vanilla. It's one of our favourites, but its elaborate bottle doesn't make it all that handbag friendly.

Luckily, Juicy Couture have answered our prayers with this new travel bottle of the fragrance, which is far more portable without sacrificing on personality (It wouldn't be Juicy without the cute bow and charm!) Perfect for festivals, holidays and everyday handbag life!

This blingtastic nail polish has to be seen to be believed! It's from Nails Inc's new Nail Jewellery collection and is filled with silver glitter discs and chunky hand-cut fragments of glitter too (check out the effect on the Nails Inc site!) Perfect for giving a plain manicure a bit of sparkle!

Gucci Flora is one of the best spring scents we've sniffed as its floral scent is light enough for daily wear but has an aquatic twist to it, giving it staying power and enough depth to be suitable for night time too. Some eyelash curles look like instruments of torture and put us off using them entirely, but these cute Japonesque pocket lash curlers are the exception to the rule. These are pink, pocket-sized and easy to use. They have an easel that pops down at the back which curls the lashes when squeezed, and the open fram design doesn't pinch your outer lashes like the traditional scissor-esque curlers. Pretty AND practical - we like!

Our lippie always looks amazing at the beginning of the night but after a while (and a few drinks...) things can wear off a bit. i-Pout by New Cid Cosmetics not only has a mirror on the side of the lid, but has a button at the base of the lipstick so it lights up, so you can touch up your lippie quickly and easily wherever you are! Genius! The formula is enriched with vitamin E so feels really moisturising. We're currently loving the Belle shade - a dark rosy pink shade with a silky finish!

Finally, someone has recognised one of our pet peeves with hand sanitisers - they make our hands feel SO dry! The clever people at Vaseline have solved our problem by creating a handcream and anti-bac double whammy! It contains 5 essential moisturisers, leaving hands soft and germs stopped. You may think there isn't much danger of getting sun damage at the moment in the UK what with this rubbish excuse for May weather, but harmful UV rays actually effect us all year round.

We've started using this one-stop-shop face cream by Ultrasun, which protects against UVA and UVB rays and has an anti-ageing formula to keep our skin safe, smooth and moisturised.

Nail art is one of our favourite beauty hobbies here at Company, but removing polish to make way for a new look can be a time-consuming affair - especially when glitter is involved!
