Now winter is officially setting in the girls in the Company office have been asking us what the hottest looks are for this season. We spoke to Jemma Kidd who gave us a step by step guide on how to achieve four key A/W looks...

\r\n\r\n

Zac Posen

\r\n\r\n

This is a really cute look for winter, the cheeks look fresh and rosy and sultry eyes are kept from looking too harsh by balancing them with pretty lips.

\r\n\r\n

Define the brows and apply a neutral metallic crème shadow across the lid.

\r\n\r\n

Highlight the inner tear duct and line the lower lash line with a black waterproof gel liner - try MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack (£12).

\r\n\r\n

Sweep a matte charcoal or black eye shadow under the lower lash line, starting at the inner corner and blending outwards, concentrating product on the outer two-thirds and blending well for a soft smokey effect.

\r\n\r\n

Curl lashes and apply lengthening mascara to the upper and lower lashes.

\r\n\r\n

For the lips try a sheer lipstick or gloss stick in orange, for example Lipstick Queen Chinatown Glossy Pencil in Genre (£19.09).

\r\n

Ralph Lauren

I love this look. Skin should be flawless and radiant, my Jemma Kidd Make Up School Skin Rescue Bio-Complex Veil (£31.31) is an illuminator, colour corrector and primer in one, so it is ideal for recreating this look.

\r\n\r\n

If you need a little more coverage opt for a tinted moisturiser or an illuminating foundation, for example Laura Mercier Illuminating Tinted Moisturiser (£32) or Giorgio Armarni Luminous Silk Foundation, but keep coverage light for a natural finish and fresh faced look.

\r\n\r\n

Use concealer to cover dark circles under the eyes and any blemishes or imperfections.

\r\n\r\n

Define the upper lash line by working eyeliner into the base of the lashes. Look upwards and apply from underneath the lashes.

\r\n\r\n

Use a soft pink cheek colour with a crème formulation, for example Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge (£16) in Powder Pink. Apply to the apple of the cheek and blend outwards along the cheekbone.

\r\n\r\n

Use the Jemma Kidd Make Up School I-Perfector Prep & Brighten Duo to remove any redness on the lid and along the inner lash line.

\r\n\r\n

Define and sharpen brows, starting at the arch of the brow and working outwards. Use a lighter shade and apply using short, feathery strokes, building up with a darker shade if necessary.

Berardi

Day-Glo lips are so on-trend this season and the lips at Berardi were one of the strongest seen on the catwalk.

\r\n\r\n

Apply a taupe eye shadow over the lid, up to the socket line and blend the colour outwards. Highlight the inner tear duct.

\r\n\r\n

Lips are the main focus of this look so ensure that you exfoliate and prime the lips to smooth. Define the lips using a neutral liner and finish with a bold coloured lipstick. Try Revlon Matte Lipstick (£7.13) in Strawberry Suede or Nars Lipstick in Funny Face.

\r\n\r\n

The face should be flawless and any imperfections or discolouration should be carefully concealed.

\r\n\r\n

Apply bronzer at the temples to contour and highlight the bridge of the nose, top of the cheekbones and brow bone.

Wauchob

Use a bright orange eye shadow like MAC Eye Shadow in Neon Orange (£11). Starting at the inner tear duct apply across the lid and blend upwards towards the brow, stopping just short of the brow bone. At the outer corners sweep the eye shadow out and upwards to the end of the brow to create a wing shape. Finish this look with a light coating of brown mascara to define the upper lashes.
