Did anyone else see the Babes on GMTV this morning? How nervous did they look? I have to say (having been a massive self-confessed Sugababes fan) I was truly gutted when Keisha left. Plus I was super annoyed that these girls were still keeping the name, without an original founding member. But I also know, having met them all (Keisha, Heidi and Amelle) a few times that they are actually really lovely girls, whatever went on behind the scenes.
Last time I saw them, just weeks before Keisha left, they seemed to be getting on fine. And what's more Amelle was her usual sparkly, super-friendly self. She's always been the friendliest of the three and the one who remembers your name, which is pretty impressive with the amount of people they get to meet. So I was particularly shocked to see her looking so down, exhausted and well, just so not herself this morning.
Now their album has been pushed back to Feb/March, I hope she does get some more time to recover. I know she's been getting hate messages and all that but I think now is the time for us girls to really give our support. Judging by today, I think she needs it.
