If the rain and mud of Glasto was all a bit much for you, FIB is the festival you need to get to this summer. Why? Well, for one, it’s on the east coast of Spain, by the gorgeous coastal town Benicassim. (That means sun, sand and sangria, rather than wellies and woolies). Two - it's got an awesome line-up.
Past acts include The Killers, Kings of Leon, Kasabian and Oasis, and the line up for this year is just as hot – The Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, The Streets and Tinie Tempah are all gonna be revving it up in the sunshine. And three (do you need a three?), it’s the festival that enriches your soul as well as your eardrums…
On top of all the best music talent, FIB showcases the work of local artists and has a short film festival. With 8 days free camping, you can enjoy the best of sun, sea and sound and make a proper holiday of it – the nearest airport is Valencia but you can also fly to Barcelona or Alicante.
