Lady GaGa surprised fans and local residents enjoying a drink in The Raven pub in Chiswick as the star turned up at the pub with her entourage.
And the 24-year-old 'Alejandro' singer was was then attended to by make-up artists as she enjoyed a glass of scotch on the rocks.
After being made-up, the star, who is currently in London as part of the European leg of her sell out Fame Monster world tour, was ushered into a back room of the pub to conduct an interview. Upon leaving the public house, GaGa stopped to speak with fans outside.
Earlier in the day, she had filmed an interview with CNN reporter Anderson Cooper about her new LP, 'Born This Way' at London's SouthBank.
Before the interview, she wrote on Twitter: "About to do my very first interview for Born This Way. I'm so excited and happy!
"Have all little monsters in my heart to carry with me xx MM."
Wearing a gothic dress over a black bustier and gold rimmed Elton John style glasses, she was reported to have said during the interview: "To me, the greatest way to get to know me is on stage. My album is my Opus of Universal Identity, my fans have shared their deepest stories, their deepest wishes... their deepest secrets with me. I feel this album embraces their liberation and their future."
GaGa, who recently had a spiritual wedding ceremony in Greece with her beau Luc Carl, was also celebrating beating Justin Bieber to be the first artist to reach 1 billion viewers on Youtube for her video for 'Bad Romance'.
She Tweeted: "We reached 1 Billion views on youtube little monsters! If we stick together we can do anything. I dub u kings and queens of youtube! Unite!"
