Hurrah - while we've only been able to gaze at Alexa Chung's enviable wardrobe in pictures before, we'll soon have the chance to dress JUST LIKE HER! The fashionista is teaming up with US label Madewell to create her first ever clothing collection.
Part of the J Crew chain, Madewell claims the collection, which will will be called Alexa Chung for Madewell and launch for A/W 2010, will be a bit 'sexy tomboy' and 'Sixties girls' band'.
Meanwhile, Alexa herself describes it as:
"things you wouldn't mind getting dirty in, and things that I actually wear.
"I love how their vibe is a mix of vintage and new. It completely clicked with me."
And chairman of J Crew Group Millard Dexter adds:
"There is no grand scheme to this, and we still don't want to hire a celebrity spokesperson.
"It's just that Alexa is totally cool. It's not the way she looks or dresses. It's the way she is."
Now we know how the Americans felt when Kate Moss launched her Top Shop line over here. If they don't deliver internationally, we're just going to hop on a plane...
