While most celebrities are drawn to other celebrities like magnets - with Brad and Ange, Justin and Jessica, and Posh and Becks as prime examples - Charlotte Church and Amy Winehouse have ruled out dating any famous men.
After the Rehab star spent her 27th birthday at home alone, one of her friends told the Daily Star:
"Amy really misses [ex-boyfriend] Reg, but when he went back to his ex-girlfriend Raven, she realised he was using her fame to get noticed.
"She never thought that she’d be single at 27, and now she just really wants to find a normal guy to settle down with and have a baby.
"She’d be more than happy to go out with someone away from the limelight – she is just fed up of being alone. She’d date a builder or painter and decorator, someone who’s kind and funny."
It certainly works for Charlotte Church, who's found happiness with former barman Jonathan Powell after her split with Gavin Henson, telling The Sun:
"I don't really go out in town any more, but now and again I like getting dressed up and dancing my socks off on a wild one.
"I will be staying away from celebrities. Jonathan is a handsome guy and really cool and we have worked together a lot. We get on well, so we'll see how it goes."
