It looks like Amy Winehouse isn't planning to return back to the UK any time soon.
The Rehab singer will be island hopping over to Jamaica as she continues with her extended holiday and regains her health. And the star is keen to write her hugely delayed third album at her tropical retreat.
But friends are concerned that Amy could be tempted back onto drugs in Jamaica, as the island is notorious for it's easily available drugs such as crack cocaine and cannabis.
Her record label, Island Records, seem less concerned however and will reportedly be funding her stay abroad.
A source said:
Amy is having the time of her life in St Lucia and doesnt want it to end.
She is looking and feeling so much better and is worried about the bad influences waiting for her back in London.
She has written a big chunk of her new album and has told bosses she wants to go to Jamaica to record it.
They are keen to accommodate her as long as she keeps getting better and carries on working.
Amy will return to London this month for a brief business appointment before heading straight back to the Caribbean.
Mark Ronson confirmed:
Shes got time pencilled in at a studio abroad soon.
We can't wait to hear Amy's new material.
