With only her impending divorce, an assault case and recession waiting for her back home in England, we're not surprised that Amy Winehouse is considering permanently setting up home on the Caribbean island of St Lucia where she has spent the majority of the last few months getting healthy.
A source said: "Amy is fed up with all the stress and trauma that comes with being in London.
"She has made so many friends in St Lucia and says it feels like home. When she returned to the UK in March she felt like a total outsider."
And the singer could even be buying a house. If we had to choose between that and a skanky Camden flat that every paparazzo and druggy in London knew about, we know which we'd choose.
The source added: "She has her heart set on one house in particular.
"It is massive, right on the beach and has its own big garden, too."
