Ashlee Simpson-Wentz rumoured to be planning her own clothing line
After successfully reinventing herself from rock chick to smart working mum, it's not surprising that Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is considering a career in fashion. According to reports, the former reality star is planning to launch her very own clothing line.
A source told Star magazine:
"Ashlee wants to start a clothing line. She wants it to be both preppy and punk rock. She thinks she can really succeed in fashion."
The 25-year-old will have plenty of help at hand from those close to her; her pal Nicole Richie recently debuted her own label, while her big sister has also launched a successful fashion collection. What's more, she'll have a little more free time after being axed from TV show Melrose Place - although she does have a demanding role in the Broadway version of Chicago coming up.
