Blake Fielder-Civil is on his way back to prison for breaking his bail conditions
Some people will never learn will they... After being released early from his 27-month jail sentence for assault and perverting the course of justice, on the condition that he attend a rehab clinic, Amy Winehouse's husband could now be forced to serve the remainder of his time in prison, after reportedly failing a drugs test.
They tried to make him stay in rehab, he said no no no etc.
Which is all pretty good news for Amy who has been doing well (relatively) since his bad influence was taken away.
After hearing the news, Blake apparently did a runner from the clinic in Surrey to be by Amy's hospital bed where she is recovering from an 'adverse reaction to prescription drugs' (or something).
A source told The Sun: "Blake did a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose — everyone was totally shocked.
"He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn’t have much to lose.
"If he had stayed in prison last month rather than taking the rehab option he was set to be released at the end of this month. He’s blown it."
