Well, what did they expect? Beyonce wearing a frumpy sweater whilst shyly shuffling away from the camera?
A 'sexy' ad for the singer's scent Heat received 14 complaints from outraged viewers and has been pulled off air before 7.30pm by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). Does it show her straddling Jay-Z? Nope, the commercial just shows our beloved Bee wearing a skimpy dress while singing Peggy Lee classic Fever. Yowzer.
Unsurprisingly, perfume company Coty defended the scene, claiming it was not overtly graphic or explicitly sexual, adding that Beyonce was not naked at any point.
It said the ad was aimed at a young adult audience and was consistent with, if not less graphic than, many music videos.
We think the people who complained might have a heart attack if they saw Beyonce making her guest appearance in Lady Gaga's Telephone vid!
