Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie further added to their saintly reputation by giving a massive $6.8 million to good causes in 2008!
The Hollywood couple have already impressed people all over the world with their charitable ways, but now the Hollywood Reporter claims to have obtained a 2008 tax return for the Jolie-Pitt Foundation which reveals that they doubled their donations from 2007.
The biggest recipients of their list was Global Health, which received $2 million, while the Human Rights Watch got $1 million and Brad's Make it Right Foundation was handed $1 million to help build eco-friendly homes for Hurricane Katrina victims in New Orleans.
They also gave $500,000 to the Armed Services YMCA of the US Army, $50,000 to public schools in Pitt's hometown of Springfield, Missouri and roughly a million dollars to projects in Cambodia, the country from which Angelina adopted her first child.
We don't imagine them or their six children suffered too much though - both Brad and Ang can command one of the highest wages in the biz.
