Britney Spears reportedly banned from speaking to Lindsay Lohan
It was Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan who Britney Spears was snapped with when she infamously flashed her knickerless crotch a few years back, but it seems to be only the red-headed actress who's been singled out as a bad influence...
The National Enquirer claims that Brit's father - who is also the singer's co-conservator following her breakdown in 2008 - was concerned to hear that his daughter had rekindled her relationship with Lilo, with a source saying:
"The trouble started when Lindsay reached out to Britney for advice on getting her career back on track. They simply chatted by phone - but when Britney mentioned it to Jamie [her dad], he exploded.
"He instantly phoned Lindsay's managers and told them he would not tolerate further attempts to contact his daughter.
"Britney's so totally humiliated - she feels like she's 13 again. It's embarrassing for her that she's 28 years old, but her dad gets to tell her who her friends will be. On the other hand, Jamie's trying to keep what he deems to be bad influences away from his daughter - and Lindsay certainly qualifies."
While we think Brit might be old enough to choose her own friends, we can't help but agree that Lilo might not be the best person to give the singer career advice...
