We reckon Cheryl Cole is too busy being loved-up with Derek Hough to care, but the press are convinced that there's some serious rivalry between her and Nicole Scherzinger, particularly now that the former Pussycat Doll has reportedly been asked to stay on for the Judges Houses section of X Factor, with a source telling the Mirror:
"Cheryl and Dannii might still be on the show - but Nicole is the hot new girl on the block. She is sexy, sassy and tells it like it is."
And it looks like the girls aren't the only ones on the verge of a cat fight, for it has also been claimed that Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh are squabbling over who gets to have Nicole during the next stage of the show. According to The Sun, Simon has offered to fly Nicole to his yacht in the South of France by private jet if she accepts his offer, while Louis has promised to take her anywhere in the world if she chooses to help him, with an insider telling The Sun:
"The bribes are increasingly over the top. Simon was laughing at Louis during the auditions because he was following Nicole around everywhere, but he won't be laughing if she goes with Louis."
But there's one thing Cheryl's doing that we doubt Nic will follow… The Girls Aloud star is set to become a charity ambassador to raise awareness of malaria in Africa after her recent battle with the disease. Nic will be trying to catch malaria next (joke).
