She and Russell Brand have agreed on the terms of their divorce - and US Weekly reports that she signed her name next to a happy face.

RadarOnline got hold of the document filed, which says they "have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party."
