She was spotted with what looks like a sonogram in her hand as she left her doctor's surgery this week!
TMZ reports that her rep had no comment on the rumour or the photo, which shows her with fiance Will Kopelman.
A source told People last month:
"Drew is so motherly.
"Will would like to be a dad. Family is so important to him."
