We all assumed that it was only a rumour that the supermodel was expecting, but her American footballer Tom Brady spoke out about the impending birth in an interview on ESPN yesterday.
The quarterback said:
"Well, it couldn't be harder than this training camp, so I'll be prepared," he said. "The women are the ones who have to do the work. We just have to be there and support them, so it'll be nice to do that."
The 32-year-old confirmed that his wife is due in December. He is already has a child with Sex and the City actress Bridget Moynahan.
