Many refer to her as the Queen of Pop, some called her Mum, but it seems that all ex-husband Guy Ritchie can muster up is to call her 'It'!
Things obviously aren't quite civil yet then...
Guy apparently started using the 'pet' name even when they were still married.
A source revealed: "Guy will say, ‘Oh, It’s in a bad mood today’.
"Even towards the end of their marriage, he would call her It. He told people, ‘We can’t make It angry’.
"There is absolutely no love lost between them."
Clearly not. However, they are still battling for custody of their two children together (Rocco and David; Lourdes will go with Madonna), so tensions must still be running high.
But we're sure that Madge will be able to take comfort in the arms of her 22-year-old Brazilian model boyfriend, Jesus Luz...
