We've been getting exhausted just reporting on it, so imagine how Holly Willoughby feels! The This Morning presenter was taken into hospital on Tuesday after getting contractions, but it was later announced that it was just a false alarm. HOWEVER, she did in fact end up giving birth yesterday, so quite the saga - although one with very happy ending.
Holly tweeted the happy news herself, writing yesterday:
"Thank you for all your support these last few days.
"Belle Baldwin finally arrived at 5.10pm weighing 5lbs 2oz.
"She's amazing. X"
Meanwhile, her co-host Philip Schofield announced:
"Holly doing well and a baby girl is also doing well. Weighing in at 5lbs 2oz – tiny but a beauty!"
Lovely news for the weekend! Congrats, Holly! Can't wait to see the first pics.
