Despite filing for divorce back in February, Ashlee Simpson enjoyed a romantic afternoon with her ex hubby, rocker Pete Wentz.
The former couple took their son Bronx, 2, for a walk and seemed very relaxed in each other's company.
An onlooker said: "Ashlee and Pete held hands, and Pete especially looked very happy. While waiting for their drinks, Pete had his arm around Ashlee and they definitely looked like a couple again. Ashlee kept smiling and lovingly leaned on Pete."
A friend of the pair revealed: "They both care about each other tremendously. They both love Bronx very much, and Ashlee has always called Pete her best friend. They are in the middle of still trying to figure this out."
