It has been reported over the last couple of days that Jade Goody had wanted to leave the Royal Marsden Hospital in London, where she is receiving treatment in her on-going cancer battle, but doctors had refused the request because of her deteriorating condition.
Now, however, it seems that they are relenting and will allow the reality star home tomorrow.
Her spokesman Max Clifford said: "She will be coming home tomorrow but only if nurses are able to keep her pain at bay.
"The plan is she will leave in an ambulance under supervision of someone from the Marsden who will administer the epidural and pain control. Jade is desperate to get home with the boys.
"Jade knows she hasnt very long and wants to be at home surrounded by loved ones and family."
Meanwhile, in her final interview, with OK! magazine, Jade gave her thoughts on dying.
She said: "I might fall asleep one day and not wake up and that is a scary thing to think about. No one should worry about me, though.
"Im in terrible pain, but I am determined to make sure the time I have left is fun with my mates and family."
