Jessica Simpson could be the very reason that blonde jokes still exist. The singer turned actress (turned singer again), who famously confused chicken for tuna and thought buffalos had wings, has now proclaimed her love for religion and is even thinking about taking a college course in the subject.

The ditzy blonde, who's currently still loved up with her sporting beau Tony Romo, said:
“I love religion!” (You can imagine her gushing the same way about shoes!)
She added:
“I’ve been contemplating taking a college course in religion. I remember whenever the book The Da Vinci Code came out, the Discovery Channel did this three-night piece on it that I TiVoed and then watched eight times.”
Well at least she makes us laugh, even though it's perhaps not entirely intentional...
