Rumours of marriage resurfaced last month when Johnny bought an expensive ring in Los Angeles.
A source said: "It’ll be very private and certainly no press or magazine deals.
"It’ll be very close friends and family only, no newcomers even as plus-ones."
The couple, who have been dating for over ten years, have two children together, nine-year-old Lily Rose and five-year-old Jack.
