Jonathan Ross's foot-in-mouth problem has got him another telling off from the BBC.
After his recent three-month suspension for his part in the Andrew Sachs scandal, the presenter has now been told that he has to pre-record his weekly Radio 2 show after an ill-advised gay joke two weeks ago.
On the show he quipped that parents of a boy who asked for a Hannah Montana MP3 player should put him up for adoption "before he brings his, erm, partner home". Eek!
A source said: "BBC bosses are fed up chewing their fingernails to the quick every Saturday, worried about what hes going to say. By recording the show the day before they can edit out anything they reckon could cause offence."
An insider added: "Jonathan is not happy about this at all. He feels hes been bounced into it by people who just want to have a go at him. He feared this would happen. Now its a reality."
And to top it all, he's also reportedly having to take a £4.5m pay cut!
