Jude Law throws oranges at students' window
Well this is one way to try and get students to take vitamin c...
According to the New York Post, two New York University students realised that Jude Law was living opposite their apartment block in Washington Square, so naturally started spending a lot by their window.
One of the freshers, Priya Vij, told the paper:
"There is pretty much chaos on every floor when he comes out. We have the best view on the floor. It is exciting to have a celebrity living right next to you. He is really attractive. He's rugged and scruffy."
However, fellow student Neha Najeeb claims the Brit actor is no longer in favour, adding:
"He noticed we were there and we started waving at him. Then he went inside and came back with two oranges. He threw them at our window, but he missed.
"[Another time] he hit the windows - there was orange pulp on the glass for weeks - and then he went back to working out. Now we don't like Jude Law anymore."
Not quite the fruit of his success...
