Wow, Kate Winslet could be an honorary fire-fighter - the A-lister actress proved her heroic streak when lightening struck Richard Branson's Caribbean retreat.
According to reports, Kate and 20 other guests, including Branson's daughter and 90-year-old mother, who were staying on the British Virgin Islands escaped unharmed after the place was set ablaze, with special tribute being paid to the actress's quick actions...
Branson, who was staying nearby with his wife and son, made a statement to the Telegraph, explaining:
"Many thanks to Kate Winslet. It was she who carried my mother out of the house. She swept her up into her arms and got them out of the house as fast as possible.
"My mum is 90 and can walk but it was more to speed the process up than anything else. But Kate was great.
"She said it was like being in a film set where you're waiting for the words 'Cut' but they just don't come. It was quite surreal for her to be in a real-life situation like that."
It certainly sounds better than Titanic 2.
