Katy Perry admits that she hates the single life and calls it lonely
Being old romantics, we were delighted to hear that singer Katy Perry had got back with her Gym Class Hero Travis McCoy after their brief separation.
Tattooed Travis had revealed why the pair got back together, saying: "The break-up sucked. We’re back together now — you’re the first person I’ve told that to. I keep thinking about if I had to go through it again and how s****y it would be.
"We were moving way too fast. I was being juvenile about the entire thing. Now it’s easy breezy. I’m happy and in love."
The loud-mouthed 'I Kissed A Girl' singer, who is currently modeling clothes designed for H&M's new Fashion Against AIDS collection with burlesque performer Dita Von Teese, admitted that she was desperately lonely without him and couldn't enjoy the single life. Which was something we were surprised to hear from a girl as strong-willed and confident as Katy.
She said: "I don’t like being single.
"I live this fantastic life, full of all these magical things, and at the end of the day all I want to do is pick up my phone and share it with someone.
"The other day I’d sold a million records in the US and I didn’t have anyone to tell. It was actually a really lonely moment."
Now she can feel better and gloat all about it to fellow musician Travis instead.
