Talking to People magazine, the 25-year-old revealed:
"Ever since Dancing with the Stars, Ive tried to get in at least a half hour of cardio a day - nothing too crazy. My trainer Sarah Hagaman is amazing! She knows how to motivate me to go that extra bit without frustrating me."
Kel has just joined Joan Rivers as a panelist for US show the Fashion Police on E! - so no wonder she's motivated!
