Lady GaGa has appeared on 'The Ellen Degneres Show' to talk about her unconventional appearance and outlandish fashion sense. And the 23-year-old claims her general eccentricity isn't just for attention, but partly because she always felt like a "freak" during high school. Lady GaGa, not fitting in (and not really wanting to)? We'd never have guessed! The 'Poker Face' singer also explained that it was Boy George who she wanted to be like during her adolescence and that it took her "a long time to be OK" with who she is.
The singer explained: "I didn't fit in in high school, and I felt like a freak. So I like to create this atmosphere for my fans where they feel like they have a freak in me to hang out with, and they don't feel alone."
She continued: "I want my fans to know that it's OK. Sometimes in life you don't always feel like a winner, but that doesn't mean you're not a winner."
We feel so much better now, GaGa...
