Leighton Meester is having a tough time at the moment - her mother Constance is suing her, and she has a lawsuit against her mother.
She's trying to stop monthly payments her mum's requesting, while Constance says Leighton attacked her with a bottle.
Now Leighton reportedly wants to get full custody of her younger brother, who has a myriad of health problems and recently had brain surgery.
She's claiming that her mum's been spending the cheques sent home on cosmetic surgery. Radar report that Lex's recent brain surgery is just one of his many health problems, saying:
"Leighton is disgusted by her mother and is determined to get her brother Lex out of that situation,' an insider told RadarOnline.com.
"She wants Lex to leave their mom's California home and come to live with her in New York."
