Leona Lewis denies any flirtation with Chris Brown before reported row with Rihanna
Leona Lewis' record label have jumped to her defence to strongly deny that the singer had any flirtation with Chris Brown that could led to his reported fight with Rihanna.
Rumours emerged that Chris had flirted heavily with the singer after they were introduced at a pre-Grammy party. This was just hours before Rihanna was said to have suffered cuts, bruises and bite marks after an apparent altercation with Chris. He was later charged with making criminal threats but later bailed.
It has now been revealed that Leona was indeed introduced to Chris but after a few minutes of friendly chat the singer innocently returned to her table with her family and long term boyfriend Lou Al-Chama.
An official spokesperson from Leona's record label has since said:
"Leona was at the pre-Grammy party with her family and boyfriend and had nothing whatsoever to do with any argument that may have ensued between Chris and Rihanna. Any allegations that the pair had flirted are completely false."
We couldn't imagine the lovely Leona ever being linked to this serious incident.
