Will Lindsay Lohan ever get a break? The actress-turned-fashion-designer-turned-we're-not-sure-what has been dropped from what was meant to be her next big film role after the studio's financial backers reportedly became nervous about relying on her "bankability".
This follows a drama-packed few months, where Lilo has been involved with a spitting spat with ex-lover Samantha Ronson, a hijacking court case with three alleged former hostages and a police led intervention
planned by her father, so we're not too surprised that the film's writer-director David Michaels told TMZ:
"Our team simply chose to move on from Lindsay and we'll soon be announcing a replacement."
Poor Lilo - her last two features, I Know Who Killed Me and Labor Pain, both bombed. IN fact, we're not sure if she's had a hit since 2004's Mean Girls...
For her sake, let's hope there's some truth in the rumour that Quentin Tarantino wants to relaunch her career with an upcoming film project.
