Despite reports that Lily Allen and producer Mark Ronson hadn't worked on the singer's long-awaited second album because they'd had a falling out, Lily has said that the collaboration didn't happen because Lily was worried that she would end up sounding like Amy Winehouse, as Ronson produced Amy's hit album 'Back to Black'.
Dismissing rumours that she and Mark had fallen out, she said: "I would definitely work with him again - I just didn't want to do it this time because Mark has a really retro feel to what he is doing.
"I wanted to set myself away from Duffy, Adele and Amy Winehouse because they are so brilliant at what they do - it would be silly for me to follow them down that route."
Duffy and Amy were both in the top five biggest selling artists in the world last year - who would want to follow them down that route!!
