In case you were wondering whether Lindsay Lohan might stop complaining some time in the near future, don't hold your breath. The super skinny starlet, who has been moaning to various American publications about the negative press she receives, won't be making it to the big screen with her latest film, Labour Pains. The farcical film, which sees Lindsay fake a pregnancy for nine months, will be showing on NBC before being released on DVD a month later.
The film's production company , Nu Image, have confirmed that the comedy will premiere on NBC in July and then on DVD in August.
Lindsay had recently said:
"If people would just leave my personal life alone because it's really not that interesting then I could land a great role. But all the sicko fans and the noise is so distracting."
This is the latest commercial disaster she's starred in. Films Chapter 27 and I Know Who Killed Me were critically panned before heading straight to DVD.
In the same interview she had listed her ambitions, adding:
"I'd like to have my own charity, do work overseas, be in Oscar-nominated films, write movies, produce movies/shows/videos, design cloths, make music, write books. It's all possible if people would just stop judging me and accusing me and making me out to be this aloof, spoiled, ungrateful and unprofessional person that I am not and could never be."
Maybe her real problem lies in picking the wrong the films...
