It's been a rough couple of weeks for Lindsay Lohan. First her dad marched the police round to her house, then she was fired from her latest film project, and now she could be on her way to jail...
It's not like she does herself any favours though... The actress was supposed to be attending weekly alcohol education courses as a consequence of her caution for drink driving back in 2007. However, instead of going every seven days as the judge demanded, she's been sneaking around it by only going after every 21 days.
Rumour has it that when Judge Marsha Revel set the terms of her probation out to Lohan, she told her that if she did not stick exactly to them, then she'd be locked up with immediate effect. So if it really is true that she's been avoiding the classes, then things are about to get much worse for Lindsay.
Her lawyer, however, doesn't seem to think that she's got a problem. He told TMZ:
"We have received no negative written report from the program and content Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance."
We're just glad we never got such harsh punishment for skipping class...
