Troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan is reportedly due to face charges of felony grand theft after allegedly stealing a necklace from a a jewellery store in LA.
The 24-year-old Mean Girls actress, could face up to three years in prison if convicted, as she's still on probation relating to a DUI back in 2007.
Li-Lo is claiming that her stylist failed to returned the "one-of-a-kind" piece to Kamofie & Company when the boutique loaned it out to her on January 22.
She was spotted on the store's surveillance camera wearing the necklace and reportedly photographed by paparazzi with it on it one week later, but an assistant to the actress allegedly handed it back last week.
Lohan's lawyer has since denied the allegations, saying: "We vehemently deny these allegations and, if charges are filed, we will fight them in court, not in the press."
Lohan is due for a progress hearing in court on February 25. She recently completed her court-ordered 90-ay stint in LA's Betty Ford clinic on January 3.
