Producer Mark Ronson to help Amy Winehouse with her new tracks reportedly rejected by record label
Amy Winehouse has reportedly persuaded Mark Ronson to produce her latest singles that were recently rejected by her record label. Mark helped produce her last album, which went on to sell £11 million copies worldwide.
The pair attempted to provide the theme for the most recent Bond film, but Mark dropped out of the project, unable to cope with Amy's drug addiction.
And he later claimed that he wouldn't work with the star until she became clean.
A source revealed:
Mark does not have fond memories of collaborating with Amy last year. He said he wouldnt work with her again until she had her drug problems under control.
He thinks shes much better now so has agreed to come on board and do a little work with her on some of her songs.
They added:
Marks now happy to give Amy the help she requires. They gelled while recording Back To Black and hes hopeful some of that magic could return.
Fingers crossed...
