Socialite Paris Hilton's boyfriend Cy Waits could face up to four years in prison after the couple were stopped by police while they drove along the Las Vegas strip with marijuana smoke coming from their SUV last summer.
The 29-year-old socialite and reality TV star was found with cocaine on her person and marijuana in the car on August 27 last year, with driver Waits failing sobriety tests.
The 35-year-old night club manager faces felonies including a misdemeanour for driving under the influence, being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
He could face four-years in prison if found guilty, and his hearing will begin on February 17.
Paris, however, is currently serving a year's probation and 200 hours of community service after she pleaded guilty to drug possession and obstructing a police officer.
And the star, who was sentenced to 23-days in prison back in 2007 for a DUI violation, also paid a £1000 fine.
