As their divorce comes close to being finalised, it's emerged that Russell Brand and Katy Perry didn't have a prenuptial agreement, which means they can split the money they each made during their marriage 50/50.
TMZ report that Katy earned more than Russell during their 14 month marriage, raking in $44million.
Russell doesn't want to claim his half of her earnings, however, showing how amicable their split really is.
His lawyer filed the final divorce papers yesterday in LA, and it has been reported that he's not seeking any money from her.
