Freida Pinto and Dev Patel may be secretly dating, according to co-star
A month or so ago, we'd never even heard of her and now it's all we can do to keep up with Freida Pinto's love life.
The Indian former model and star of 'Slumdog Millionaire' had been reported this week to have dumped her 'secret' Indian husband, Rohan Antao, after the film took off (which sounds a bit heartless to us if it's true) and now it is being speculated that she might be 'secretly' dating her co star Dev Patel.
What is it with all these secret relationships!
And this story isn't just idle gossip, it has come from a very respectable source, their co-star Anil Kapoor, who plays the game show host in the film.
He said: "I think this is the beginning of something exciting.
"They definitely make a great pair and look very good together."
US presenter Ryan Seacrest spoke to Kapoor of a "magical chemistry" between the two stars, and asked: "Dev and Freida... is there any action going on behind the scene there?"
Kapoor replied: "As a matter of fact, when I meet them I feel there is something happening. But she says, ‘I have to look after him’ and ‘I have to babysit him’ and that kind of stuff."
Dev may look young but he is 18 so we're sure he can look after himself. Doesn't really sound like love at first sight though does it?
