Oooh - looks like Scarlett Johansson has found a new man!
She was spotted out and about hand in hand with a guy in New York this week, identified by RadarOnline as an advertising exec called Nate.
That's worlds apart from her last romance with older actor Sean Penn.
A source told the site:
"They're keeping it very, very low key.
"He's not one for the limelight and fame and she likes that about him."
