Cheryl Cole has hired Will.i.am as part of her new management team - as she focuses on the States as a judge on the new US X Factor - and he's reportedly given her a welcome to remember.
Will threw her a fun welcome party, inviting entertainment industry types and key contacts and keeping the champagne flowing at the bash.
He's also keeping her busy, a source told The Sun:
"Will was keen to settle Cheryl in LA and put her in touch with some important people.
"He's filled her diary over the next few weeks so she has plenty to do. He hopes to improve her profile and ensure she doesn't get homesick."
She's already moving up in the world… or at least up the line of judges - Simon's already got her sitting next to him on the judging panel, moving Paula Abdul down a seat!
