Amy Winehouse's former mother-in-law talks about upcoming nuptials
Amy Winehouse has had a rocky relationship with her former in-laws ever since she separated from Blake last year - Georgette Fielder-Civil even sold some of the singer's private letters to the tabloids, which obviously didn't go down to well. They might have to put their differences aside now though...
Following reports that Amy has reunited with her ex-husband after being spotted wearing her old wedding ring and chatting to her old love on Facebook, Georgette has spoken out to confirm the upcoming nuptials, telling the Sunday Mirror:
"Their love is so powerful nothing will stop them from being together whatever anyone else thinks. They've battled their demons and are absolutely off drugs.
"As soon as Blake finishes his term in rehab [in February] he'll be straight back with Amy in London. They'll lock the doors and won't answer the phones. But I know it won't be long before I get a call from Blake saying, 'Mum, I'm at the airport and we're flying off to get married'."
However, Amy's goddaughter, Dionne Broomfield, recently denied the rumours, claiming Amy is happy on her own. We hope the 13-year-old is right!
