You've just come off the Strictly Come Dancing tour, how was it?
It's really great fun. We've performed in Liverpool, Manchester, Sheffield, Nottingham, Wembley, Belfast...Everywhere across the UK! It's such hard work; with all the getting ready and gearing yourself up to go out in front of all those people in city after city.
Are you enjoying the outfits?
Yeah I love the one I'm wearing; it's this tiny little red 1950's show girl outfit - like something Marilyn would have worn back in the day. I'm not a massive sequin girl but it's good fun getting all dolled up - it certainly makes a change from when I was a Yorkshire lass in the Calendar Girls play a few months ago.
So what's the idea behind the celebrity swap shop you're fronting?
In March I'm going to be hosting a swap shop for Skinny Cow in London. I've donated some clothes - some bike boots, a trilby hat and a few dresses (so have other celebs including Sarah Harding, Holly Willoughby and Danielle Lloyd). For every item a celeb donates, Skinny Cow will donate up to £1000 to the Marie Curie cancer charity. So it's really inspiring and encourages us to give more.
Do you like the idea of swapping your clothes?
I love the idea- women swapping clothes to create new and different styles! It really encourages creativity and is all for a fantastic cause. I absolutely love vintage clothes - I've got loads of amazing vintage 50's dresses. Though I'm not that up for vintage underwear!
If you could swap your wardrobe with another celebrity who would it be?
Dita Von Teese - She's got phenomenal taste and is so polished. I love her combination of Dior suits and vintage dresses and pillar-box bag - it's gorgeous!
How do you describe your style?
At the moment I'm very French chic - a lot of black, little jumpers and a beret - I'm thinking Belle de Jour when I get dressed in the mornin. I try to always try to wear heels. I have to dress to suit my shape so that's pencil skits and 50's dresses and things that tuck me in at the waist. I'm certainly not a tracksuit girl.
Where do you like to shop?
I like department stores like Selfridges where you can get a little bit of everything. I love lots of designer Alice Temperley, and Chanel are definitely two favourites.
Any recent splurges?
Oh yeah a bit of one - I recently spent £700 on a gorgeous blue Preen dress from a boutique called Matches a few weeks ago, it was for a red carpet event and I had nothing to wear.
Is there a recent fashion trend you like?
I really like the wearing lingerie as outerwear look - like Dior showed on the catwalks. My friend Susie is a designer and hand made me a beautiful lace corset dress for me to wear to the Calendar Girls opening night - it was stunning.
And will we see you in clogs?
Oh no way. They are so hard to walk in - I'll definitely be missing that trend!
So what's your favourite item in your wardrobe?
My boyfriend Danny bought me this beautiful gold Matthew Williamson dress - it's absolutely stunning like a work art. I haven't had a chance to wear it yet - he's told me I've got to wait for something special. Danny shops all the time - he loves buying me clothes. He's really good at stuff like that.
Ah lucky you... Thanks Kelly!
